This is one of our best stays away from home.
Room was very good, towels were so like new, this one my finest stays with my family. Breakfast was good, dinner was delicious but a tad expensive. I would recommend this place just for the way they maintained the room. Pool was a disappointment as it was only from sunrise to sunset and we usually use it post sunset. A very good stay.
Timing of the pool was not suitable for us.

Extremely bad and not recommended to others in future.
Size of the property only.
Very expensive comparing to the service given to the gusets, also the furniture is too old. The staff needs more training in how to deal and handle the guests. The location of the hotel is inappropriate and impractical. It is located in a crowded area, and arriving at the hotel is very tiring and takes a very long time.

1. Air conditioning is very poor for such a hot weather
2. Overly priced. All bills with extra taxes, so the end bill i got was shocking
3. Food was overly spicy given there are international customers
4. Delay in dining room clearance
5. Staff at reception overly dependent on the manager. Felt like talking to bunch of school students. No decision making ability to provide stewardship in customer service or solutions for faulty facilities. Long wait times for manager.
