Stay was great. Just didnt like how I was treated by booking . Com.

The property was great. But wasnt happy with the way booking.com handled things. Ur policy about price matching is terrible. I sent a pic of where it was every thing was the same and 200. Dollars cheaper and u had some lame excuse that it wasnt the same.

I have stayed in a number of resorts in Scottsdale. This one far, far surpasses any of the others. Staff helpfulness and cleanliness. The facilities are immaculate. We will return.

Super relaxing!

Spacious modern room; comfortable bed;quiet soundproofing; Clean/spotless Beautiful view/ golf course and lake. Had everything we needed for summer staycation; Water park/pools great; loved Scottish piper and whiskey bar indeed that was why we picked this hotel out; lovely dinner; enjoyed live music in lounge. All in all, terrific stay. Well be back!

Superb

Perfect resort for our family. Kids love the huge pool and lazy river. Clean environment and friendly staff throughout. Really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Nice property, disappointing room cleanliness. Not up to JWs usually high standards

Grounds and amenities were great and in keeping with the brand. Great location

Our room was not world class; there was a massive stain on a chair which made it unusable and we covered it with a towel. Very gross amd disappointing givem the price point. Shocked to have a room in that condition at a JW property.
