Pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it. Nice view of the beach. Good breakfast. Restaurants served good food as well. Room size was good.
Some furniture and facilities are starting to get old and need renovation. If you want to walk to restaurants and shops then it is a bit far a way. We had most of our meals in the hotel and it was a bit expensive.

Relaxing and fun for young family
The staff were great, easy to get around
Initial rooms we had were mouldy and incredibly Smokey. People put their belongings on us loungers and then disappear for the day, staff didnt implement the policy of removing belongings so pool loungers were always unavailable.

A lovely place to stay with great facilities
Beautiful property, fun pools, really comfortable accommodation.
While there was vegetarian selection on the menu, we ordered a dish that ended up containing fish sauce. Staff did not seem to understand the issue, that something with fish sauce should not be on the vegetarian menu!

Good location, great staff, wonderful food
Hotel was a little tired and the corridor where our room was smelt of sewage or a dead animal. The hotel installed some machines to remove the smell but it was unsuccessful

A special birthday indulgence.
Loved our pool villa and the beach access.
Loved the staff who were wonderful.
Enjoyed the Malay food.
Not a complaint, just a comment that its a pity that pool villas are so expensive in Malaysia as compared to Thailand.

Westin delights!!!
Coffe House Captain Ismail was a true gentleman and looked after our family every night and deserves special mention.The Coffe House staff were exceptional and were attentive to your every need!
The swimming pool,walks and outdoor activites were fantastic and even got to see some mischevious monkeys roaming around the hotel.
Rafi(Head of Concierge)was brilliant in his communication upon our booking and organising transfers. Getting some buckets of ice to our room for my husband's Tiger Beer(at first questioned by Room Service),was critical for my husband because the mini- bar fridge was not cold enough!
With that aside- a fantastic hotel with great memories!

I found the Reception staff to be somewhat rude and unattentave.It is important upon arrival to be greeted with great enthusiasm and courtesy!
Promote Rafi to Head of Reception and you might see positve results.
Overall the staff and super friendly and passionate.
