Excellent location, comfortable and clean room.

This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.

Simply a stay to remember at the Westin in Philly.

Upon arrival the Valet team was outstanding and very friendly . The Front Desk team was ready for us and they accommodate my request for early Check in because it was our 30th wedding Anniversary and the room was excellent The Bar team was on the top of the game and we were happy with the service.Last but not least the Breakfast was great and the service too.I will be back to stay at the Westin.

Superb

The staff was great. They helped us out and made sure our rooms were together and accommodated us with a late checkout time. Location was excellent, easy access to Chestnut street, Reading Market, and Rittenhouse square.

1- the AC was horrible story It was hot until one night the on-call engineer brought a fan 2- House keeping team was horrible Not social Cleaning was really poor I doubt they had changed my bed sheets during 10 night stay No vacuum to room it was dusty They were only changing towels Removing garbage And even bathroom room and toilet were no great cleaning
