It was lovely!
The rooms are really pretty, which is a huge bonus for me. The shower was awesome. We had a breakfast in the restaurant twice and it was really good. Also, the location is fantastic!
The bathrooms is a tad small, but it wasn't terrible. We were really disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the bedroom. That was our only gripe.

Friendly staff and great decorations art and location.
friendly reception and waiting staff. Great location.
We moved rooms as the first room we had looked out into a derelict building and was a very depressing view. The front desk manager was very helpful and moved us the next day.
The lobby is rather bare and loud as the bar is so close to the front door but we got used to it. But we are in our 70s so probably do not represent the average guest.

A wonderful warm welcome from staff, lovely comfortable rooms and communal spaces. Lovely design by Kit Kemp. A great location - will definitely stay again
I love a swimming pool but the gym is a decent size so that was fine

Not good value or service for $1,200 per night
Expensive. $29 for toast and a side of bacon
Restaurant was very expensive. Jazz night cost us $350 a couple
