    Location only
    Dated, dreary rooms, low ceilings, smelly bathrooms, obnoxious staff that wanted to debate with me whether they should honor the price that was quoted in the email confirmation for parking instead of the higher price they tried to bill me. Terrible value for money. Honestly I dont even know how they can even think about charging what they do for what they offer. Very disappointing.

    Fine for one night but lacked appropriate room facilities for the price as this was not an inexpensive hotel
    Central location, friendly staff, flexible
    No tea, no kettle, no milk. Beds were small doubles so not enough space for two slim people even. For the price this should be provided as well as complimentary breakfast

    Eh.. for the price.
    Beautiful lobby and friendly valet assistance. Also the pillows were fantastic! 10/10 on that!
    I asked two of the staff directions and neither of them spoke English so I was left without help wandering about. Lol The outside light shown through the crack around the door really bad at night and if the water in the neighboring room was running it sounded like a monster hiding inside my room. Frightening until you figure out what it is. Bathroom was small and had my claustrophobic personality freaking a tad. Sometimes the elevator wait on the 5th floor was 15 minutes. I had to take the stairs (5th floor) and almost missed my Uber. Annoying. Oh and my kids used the long pillows as swords and fought with them. Parents beware. Oh, oh and not all of our rooms outlets worked. Lastly was that the midnight snack selection was sub-par.
