Appalling apology for a welcome - I was treated with suspicion!!

Very poor so-called welcome - lots of threats of fines and 40 deposit demanded in case of my possible acts of theft, arson or damage; I am 76 years old !! Poor welcome for a guest from afar !!

* rooms were on top floor and very cold
* could have done with thicker duvet/ top sheet or blanket available
