Breakfast was good and location of the Hotel was good.
Although the Hotel is good overall, it is too old. The bathroom was very dull/dirty-looking with cracks appearing on the basin with water taps leaking. There were ugly marks on the wall . The bathroom really needs renovation including replacement of the bathroom fittings which are leaking and not properly functional.

Not worth your money. Youre paying for the brand, not quality
The location is okay and the staff is friendly
The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was sticky at some spots and wasnt vacuumed properly (wondering if it was cleaned at all), when we ask to make up the room, all they did was fluffed the pillows, tuck in the blanket and change towel. Didnt clean the carpet or even bother to wipe the table/coffee section at all.

The Hotel Need Major Makeover
The facility needed upgrades, AC was not cooling at all, everything was bad from the toilet the water was not clean water at the tub and its was yellow, the shower wasn't working well, the room was okay not bad but just to old. Really needed upgrade if you want to sustained.
The front desk was not helpful and rude, i was about to go down to double check my order bucket of ice because it takes 1 hour plus to arrive to my room. Once im at the lobby going to front desk this one girl i think she was doing closing when im almost at her counter she straight pulled her hand out and say next counter not even properly looking and say it properly for me to go to the next counter, its bad to have this service. And the room phone service was not working, and they didn't well explained when we doing checking in, where to go and what floor or even tell you that the service phone in the room is not available that guest should WhatsApp the hotel incase or anything nope nothing from the front desk. The breakfast was okay a-lot of variety choice to choose from all the spread. Overall im disappointed and definitely not coming back here. Bad experience. I was looking forward to this hotel
