This is NO 4 star place.

Very convenient location and easy to find.

Worst thing was the bathroom in our room was not clean at all. Mold was bad in the shower, the bottom of the toilet looked like it had never been clean from old pee which I ended up cleaning up. People next to us had their TV so loud i could hear word for word plus hear everything they were talking about through the joining doors we had. The heat barely worked, had it on almost 80 and still was cold in there!

I would stay again. It was a great location, staff was very helpful.

Breakfast and staff were 100% amazing. Only negative was our room was not clean. Carpet had not been vacuumed and there were multiple dead flies in the window. Room 805 was checked in on December 26th, 2023.

Pillows were a bit worn out.

The good and the bad

I liked the amenities available. We ate at Henry Jacks the first night. We used the laundry room as well towards the end of the stay. The bed was very comfortable especially after a long day of walking around and sight seeing.

The line to check-in was horrendously long. I was almost the front before I was told I needed my car tag number and so I had to go back out to my car and retrieve it. Came back and had to start at the very end because i didn't want to make it seem like I was skipping the whole line to get back in place. We were placed on the 2nd floor which was a good and bad thing. When I tried to shower, water was always lukewarm like it was already used up. The hall had kids and teenagers running up and down at all hours of the night and you could see their shadow under the door so you know they were out in the hall. At the end the around check out the elevators were jam packed so it was hard to catch one so we ended up going down the stairs which wasn't too bad being that we were on the 2nd floor.

Very good

Went on vacation with my family and we enjoyed our stay.

Location its right in the middle of the strip. Clean and the People were very nice.

Would have liked a little more variety in the breakfast buffet. Got tired of the same stuff everyday.

Amenities and friendliness of staff

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pool had so much condensation on the ceiling and no ventilation we couldn't sit in there while our son swam.

Worth the price!

Very convenient to the main strip! Price wise was amazing!The room itself was nice and large and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other.

Nothing really I didnt like. I feel like the decor was a little outdated and should be updated.

It was ok. Not terrible

Good location and very the gentleman who sold us our show tickets did a awesome job and was very very friendly.

Not very good breakfast. disappointed that I paid for it. No hot water for 2 days in a row. When I called front desk they just say we will tell maintenance. Didn't seem concerned about it. Pics of the hotel room was not accurate; rooms are very outdated and rest room was very small.
