    The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool is located right on the beach, which is beautiful. Fire show every Friday night, spectacular. They do good margaritas!
    No breakfast included. We paid for breakfast one morning, and it wasn't great. However, there is an excellent local food market across the road. It's definitely worth visiting! If you're wondering what the pounding music is at night, it's from the band at the market. Be mindful of this of your wanting peace and quiet.

    Economy and worth the money for short stay
    Great resort location. Good sea views and a perfect beach infinity pool. Sheets were clean and they smelled good. No bed bugs or wierd insects/lizards in the room. Great stay and good sleep.
    During high waves, the wave hits the basement of the room and the whole room vibrates for every single wave waking you up.

    There was loud music from across the street from 8 pm until midnight. I was hard to sleep. Manager was somewhat apologetic. Still, it was not a relaxing night.

    I found this property to be a delightful choice with many strong points. Stuff is welcome and the food was great. The property is a bit apart from the busy area so you will be dependent on the taxi or just rent a motorbike as I did and have the freedom to enjoy the island.
    Be aware that the ground floor apartments lack privacy, necessitating the curtains to be closed throughout the day. So is not so much enjoyable as it should be.

    Perfect Slice of heaven with Private Beach.
    PERFECTION! I have stayed here 6x before and it just gets better every time. The owner has put such special efforts into improving and expanding this slice of heaven. Beautiful Private beach with great swimming pool on the shore break. Great and large rooms! All Recently renovated. So its clean and all new aircons that work well. Nice big balconys on the superior rooms with sea views. All for such low prices, you would have to Spend 6x to get similar at another spot in Samoi. Good and quiet location in Lamai with easy access to late night carnivals across the way. Very nice restaurant & bar on the beach. Staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. They go the extra mile daily. One of my favorite places to stay in all of Thailand! Simple but perfect!

    Peaceful resort with amazing views and food!
    We loved our stay here, very peaceful place with amazing views, lovely pool and sun lounging area. Rooms were so clean and had enough space for us. Food was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. The location isnt ideal (we knew this before booking) but we rented a motorcycle and was able to explore Lamai, Chaweng and Fishermans Village so it didnt bother us. After all the private beach area was well worth it.

    I'll be back!
    Seafront villa is great. I stayed here the second time and will be coming back again. Staff are great and helpful. Owner is always around to speak with. Friday evening fire shows are great.
    The swimming pool is not that big, but you can literally jump from pool into the sea.
