    Enjoyed the tea every morning, and had a good and comfortable sleep every night.
    I liked the size of the room, not too small nor too big. It had all the things I needed and more. I liked the different lighting features of the lamps by the bed. Lots of information which was very much appreciated.
    Somewhere on the floor was a bit squeaky, but not really an issue for me. Other than that, everything was great!

    The bed was comfy. The food was tasty. But the bathroom was very cold and windows didnt make a proper seal.

    Came with my daughter and her son. The room was fabulous all arranged with sofa bed made . Very happy with room and all amenities thankyou.
    When we arrived with autistic grandson, there was no staff. Eventually one arrived that says she couldn't sign us in arrived. Meanwhile we waited around 10-15 minutes while my grandson was getting more stressed pulling my daughter around who had recently had surgery. We arrived quite late so there were not many customers in. After eventually getting into our room we were finally able to relax
