    The Town Lodge Polokwane is a nice place to stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Some guests found the steps to take their luggage up a bit inconvenient and wished for a porter. The rooms (Read More)have a cozy feeling but may need some updates, especially the bathroom. The hallway, reception, and dining area are beautiful and guests enjoyed the food, particularly the pap.

    A Hotel needs to meet challenges availed from competitive business market
    I didn't have a Breakfast coz I assumed all Rates are including Breakfast BUT surprised when I was advised by the Receptionist that there shall be an added charge.....
    Unavailed Facilities as Follows: I expected to have a Telephone Set in the Room, a mounted Eye-Level Television Set in the Room with adequate Channels. Information Booklet in the Room regarding the availed services in the Hotel.. Luggage Trolley/Porter to/fro the Hotel ... Swimming Pool identically for Adults... A Room Fridge

    Location of accommodation was good and the Wi-Fi worked
    The staff could be trained better. Especially those stationed at breakfast. Had little assistance when I required help. Quite rude to say the least. No cameras in the hotel parking lot which is very unexpected. My car got hit and damaged there and Im told there is nothing they can do. Terrible overall. Wouldnt recommend or come back
