    The best hotel Ive ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

    This property should be removed from the booking or any other website. It is highly irresponsible. Our stayed was scheduled on 5th may to 6th may 2023 but no one from the property was picking up the call , I was not able to contact the property so I dropped message to the booking.com. And even I have done the advance booking of 30%. So we thought to reach property directly but when we reached there they were saying property is full, even after paying the booking amount. There were no communication earlier regarding this neither they apologize. We were not having accommodation because of these highly irresponsible people . Somehow I was able to manage room on that night at the cost of 4 times more. I request to booking.com to refund my booking amount and ban this properly asap so that any other family can't face this issue again.
