Behaviour of restaurant staff. I waited for 10 mins in restaurant for Menu card. They did not provide. When I asked should I go outside for food, they replied yes you can. Also there was no towel in the room initially

Extremely unprofessional people, the receptionist who was attending to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms were small and very very very unhygienic and dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and the food was bad.

The service the people the food the place everything!!

Very good

Room was clean for Indien Standards the breakfast varietes where not outstanding. It was more a buffet with local foods. Staff was very very friendly and the food in the restaurant besides the breakfast was very very tasty. I would recomend the hotel for a layover stay of max 2 days but not for many days.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was quite noise outside the rooms on the hallway and also generally outside because the hotel is almost next to the main street.

I like everything at this price. I recommend it to everyone, small room but enough for a solo. Comfortable bed & very clean room.

The night staff in reception are not friendly & other staff need more training.

Though i made the booking but unfortunately due to some of my personal reasons i wasn't able to show up yet had a number of conversations with the hotel staffs which gave me a feeling of hospitality, politeness and a good customer service. I would definitely like to stay at Treboo trend in my next visit to Siliguri.
