Not really happy about the stay

Neat room , geyser worked well and we had hot water .Center of the main city , easy access to other places .

The room was way too small , while booking it said bouble size room , but it was too congested for me and my 2 kids . We booked separate rooms for our parents.Due to our tight schedule we never had the complimentary breakfast they could have atleast not charged us for water which we took there . More over if you have senior citizens who cannot climb steps, this place is not advisable even though it has a lift .You have to carry ur luggage all the way up the stairs to get into the lift .

Not enough toiletries provided,bad condition of mattress, very congested rooms,no room towels provided unless asked,breakfast had limited options ,there is a functional hall in the second floor adding to noise disturbance ,hence adding to further sleep woes.Overall the experience was pathetic.Also it was not mentioned in the website while booking that this property was in 3rd and 4th floor which was located above some functional halls.

The location. All the 3 days we did not have our breakfast.

The bathroom was smelling urine, may be from outside. Exhaust fan was not working. For two guests only one towel was provided. No toiletries provided. No 24/7 room service. When asked for coffee we were told that we can get it only at 8 am.
