We would have enjoyed had the basics were in place during the vacation

The location is good and the staff were cooperative.

The condition of the room could have been cleaner. Linens were completely old and need replacement as they are permanently stained. Towels need immediate replacement. The bathrooms need maintenance.

Breakfast is nice and the staffs are responsive. Regarding location, i can say that this is a nice location as it is surrounded by nature.

Only thing is when I travelled from panchgani, the hotel was not noticable and I left the location of the hotel. As there is not identification of the hotel near the main road, it became very difficult to reach the hotel. I had traveled around 5 -6 Kms more in traffic because of this. So like to request the hotel owners to put some marking on the entrance of the road to enter the hotel as it is nearly 500mts inside the road.

Amazing location I would say it's a center point for the stay as all points are nearby.

We wanted a higher floor however was asked to adjust to the lower floor only and did not give an extra towel even when we asked for it.

the rooms could have been much bigger.. we had booked for deluxe double room but when we got the room it didnt appear to be of deluxe double room.. the charges are way too high in comparison to the room we got. Moreover, when we arrived we saw that the property is yet to be fully constructed there were some patch works which needs to be looked at.

Pleasant!

1) Staff was great and ever helpful! 2) First hotel in my knowledge where I got seamless wifi 3) Location is close to Venna Lake.

1) Balcony door did not close. 2) Cockroaches! Pest control could have done earlier than we came, although the staff made sure the room is as good as new in half an hour. 3) The common hot water problem. One day it was there and one day it was not.
