    This is a waste hotel, I stayed till now. Worst of all. No room service at least for check-in. No AC working and response for AC upgrading. No Towels given. Worst and Worst.

    Mudy water in taps. Bed bugs, Blinking lights, No telephone. TV fitted is not working. Raised the compliant with the staff multiple times and no response.

    Maintenance: Issues such as a flooded basement, chipped flooring and walls detract from the overall appeal of the hotel. Cleanliness: Poor hygiene is evident, with cockroaches, cobwebs, dirty faucets, and an unclean kettle in the room. Wi-Fi: The hotel's Wi-Fi network lacks security, posing potential risks for personal and professional online activities. Amenities: Broken amenities, like the room's fridge, impair the comfort and convenience of the stay. Staff Availability: Limited staff availability after 10 PM leaves guests unsupported in the later hours.

    stay as it was not refundable so had to adjust and stay
    Boy supported nice.
    bathroom water was worst and yellow in color. No coffee maker. not providing extra key for few minites as my partner was late to room and key was with him. even parking was not clean and only one car or 2 cars can be parked, not 1 for room
