    Staff is helpful & supportive, is the only plus point i found out.
    The room first provided was not clean, bedsheets were not clean & had stains on them. Had smells of cigarette coming all around. During night, i also noticed a small rat in the room. Requested for a room change & was provided on immediate basis. The replacement room was ok.

    Overall experience was good
    Location was good, its one of good locations in Kolkatta. Breakfast was included in the booking and was good. Main course especially fish curry was delicious. Room, staff, cleanliness was all ok.
