    It's Ok
    Good room size, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good with many options.
    There is good scope to improve the reception area, it is so small and feels like we came to a small hotel. It was noisy as well because of the kitchen nearby. Very basic amenities were provided, for the price, there should be a bit more amenities can be provided.

    Enjoyed a lot and property is marked for repeat availment.
    Breakfast is excellent and location is good. Dinner is equally good. Staff are courteous and responsive. Room cleaning even at odd hour after return from beach with sand particles splashed all over was attended at special request.
    Locational small disadvantage is small shops for purchase of pan, news paper like items are not available in the proximity. Similarly local transport modes like autprikshaw or cabs are not readily available. we need to depend on apps like Uber or Ola. Morning coffee is not available from caffe except milk and coffee sachets placed inside the room with kettle. Caffe coffee in the morning would have been ideal.
