    Bathroom space and clothes hanging Rod placed on top of toilet seat which is inconvenient. Only 1 water bottle is complimentary.Tea and coffee preparation material was not enough.

    The price I paid was Rs.3989 and it was pathetic and cheap hotel. Drunkers in other room with a lot of noise. The room had filthy smell. The pillows were smelling bad. The table in the room was full of dust. The towels were old and smelly. No hand towel in the bathroom. The tap in the bathroom was not working properly. The buckets were unclean. The water was not heating properly. Breakfast was pathetic, tasteless and served cold. The person who served the tea, his fingers got dipped in the tea. No manners & no etiquette. Left the hotel without eating breakfast. Booking.com has overcharged us. Even the hotel manager our rooms maximum cost is 1200-1800. If I knew this hotel room's actual cost is so cheap then I would have never booked. Because cheap hotel has all such cheap facilities. Since no breakfast we had, went to Sayaji to eat breakfast which was much better and also asked for room tariff which was 3200+taxes. The reviews which are written by I NEED REFUND

    I have got several messages to pay advance and that booking is canceled , calling Treboo and booking number dose not result in help
    At the time of booking it says , pay at hotel and then hotel starts chasing you to pay partial amount
