Not value for money

The location was good although the approach road is bad. The staff is helpful.

The break fast has to be improved. the hot water was only available in morning hours that too was just warm water. had to request for hot water and after sometime they adjusted the mixing from central location to get some hot water. The linen needs to be cleaned with some better detergent. there was no freshness .

Staff was very helpful. Food was good.

Bathroom was flooding with water. Window lock was broken. The hot water kettle was leaking. Game zone room is not maintained properly.

It is not a place for holiday and relaxation.

Only food was good even though a bit expensive. Breakfast was adequate though not what one would expect for the price one pays.

Dirty rooms, smelling toilets, even the smell fills up the room, Hand wash bottles were empty, the tea/coffee kettle never switches off and starts working even when the switch is off, very dangerous, TV and remote not working, surrounding third grade. Booking.com must physically survey the place before recommending it. Worst ever hotel in my life span.

Only one of the service boy was helpful.

The receptionist lady was the first to call for full amount payment before going to the property but was not apt to provide any service. There was no hot water at the property. The television was not working initially. We found out a small scorpion in the room but they didn't provide any solution. They did not provide mosquito repellent even after requesting it multiple times. The electricity connection was very unstable all the time.
