    location was the best. rooms well maintained. slightly old but for the price is much worth it. only thing was the mosquitos outside, just keep the doors closed at all times after dark

    The location is excellent, in front of Patong Beach and next to Bangla road. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. The Tropicana restaurant food is just yummy.
    As the hotel is next to Bangla road, so you will get to much noise in the night.

    Our air con played up the whole time we were there. Everyday we had to get maintenance to come in to fix it, but every day it played up again!

    It's very close to the activities, but too noise for me...
    The first room had partial ocean view, but because it's close the the beach, and also the very active street next to us, it's so noise, the noise even until the early morning about 5am... we moved to the back of the hotel, noise reduce a little bit, not much, other than that, the room is good and comfortable...
    The noise near by or surrounding the hotel area...

    Difficult to say that something was good, except the personnel.
    I would suggest never bringing kids to this hotel. This hotel is located very close to Bangla road and overnight it was very noisy. Till 4 am, we can not sleep. Music from the nearest clubs is killing. We booked a hotel with breakfast but came just a few times as there was nothing to eat. Other hotels provide a much better choice for the same money.
