    Perfect location if you need a place to stay before going to the airport. Room was clean and had a proper air conditioning. Lots of restaurants near by. They provide an airport drop off service. Great value for money!
    Room is a bit humid but our stay was short so it wasnt a problem for us.

    Worth it for the price.
    The staff was willing and ready to help and were very kind. The bed (mattress) was really comfortable. Showers got mostly hot except for one shower, which the water never got hot. For the price, it was worth staying there.
    Toilet ran constantly and leaked a bit when we got there, but leak was fixed by host and we took lid off to take pressure off flusher to help stop the running. Had some wi-fi issues one night and a bit slow. Water pressure in shower wasnt great, but at least it was hot most of the time.

    Overall, a good value option..
    Good location and close to the main beach road (Lewis Place). Was very quiet and there were no disturbances. Room and bathroom were clean. Glad to have the AC to to stay cool especially during daytime. Owners are friendly and helpful. Overall, a good value option if you're looking for a place to stay in Negombo.
    Something to improve: Bathroom facilities could have been better. (Wasn't a deal-breaker for me though.) Nothing besides that.

    Amazing stay amazing family
    The people were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around and right next to the beach. The (not included) breakfast was amazing! Really tasty (ask for the banana coconut pancakes) and more than you could finish!
    The wifi was not working.
