The Tru By Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North exceeded expectations with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel was clean, well-stocked, and had comfortable beds. The complimentary air (Read More)port shuttle was convenient for early flights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The lobby had snacks, drinks, games, and ample seating. However, there were some issues with inconsistency among staff members and housekeeping forgot items in the room. Overall, it was a solid option with a great location and good breakfast.

My husband complained to bed wasnt very comfortable. He complained of his back hurting and stiff the next morning. But, he snored all night! Hahaha!
