Review 1: The stay was great with welcoming staff, clean rooms, and AC at optimal temperature. Good complementary breakfast and parking. The eco-friendly move of no soap and shampoo sachets was a uni (Read More)que touch. Highly recommend the hotel. Review 2: This hotel exceeded expectations with kind staff, large and comfortable rooms, and complementary snacks. The hotel also granted a late check-out. Will make it the first choice for future travels and recommend it to others. Review 3: The room was clean and spacious with a great bathroom. The AC was loud but effective. The breakfast was good and the lobby had a fun game room. Convenient location. Front desk staff were polite. Will stay again. Review 4: The hotel provided coffee/tea 24/7 and treats on arrival. However, the digital key and physical key had issues. The room was tiny with weak water pressure in the shower. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Good breakfast variety and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Passable

The location is near options for nice restaurants. The hotel is only 20 minutes from historic downtown Savannah.

We stayed 3 nights. Staff did not ask if we wanted room service until we were preparing to leave that Monday morning. She had the audacity to ask what time we were leaving. We had to contact the front desk before receiving fresh towels each day. The AC/Heating unit was noisy. Breakfast was mediocre. Front desk staff were always helpful and pleasant.

A clean and safe experience. Will come back when back in the area.

Breakfast was good variety. There is plenty of room so people are not sitting right next to each other. Rooms were clean. There was no smell in hallways or rooms. Bathrooms were also clean.

The ladies at front desk were hard to hear. Not rude but not really friendly.

Everything except the fact that the hotel is located in front of the restaurant.

I have paid 200 dollars on my way to Florida to take a rest. Instead I got a room in front of the restaurant where music played till 2am and windows were vibrated due to the bass. It was the most worthwhile experience I have ever had for such a price.

Worst stay in a long time.

The girl who checked us in was very nice, and lobby. Deceives for the quality of the rooms.

No awning to pull cars under in rainy weather. Room window was leaking, shower had lots of hair in it, ceiling in bathroom had water damage, bathroom fan not working, and hotel tried to charge our CC three separate times for one night, list keeps going. What a joke. I cant believe this is a Hilton brand hotel. Cheapest of the cheapest everything in the room. Couldnt sleep overnight due to the club (or whatever it is) right outside our room- music playing in parking lot all night until the club closed. Elevator screeches so loud it made our baby freak out and cry bc it hurt everyones ears. Way way way overpriced for the condition of our room etc. Have pictures and videos of window leaking. Other stuff is visible if you check the room etc.
