#1 parking was atrocious. The spot designated was for a compact vehicle not a full size truck. We were to pull our vehicles into an end spot between the wall and a cement pylon. Almost impossible and my husband had to crawl over the console to get out the passenger side. Very tight is an understatement. On street parking is $42 a day, an extra $250 for the five days we stayed. Unacceptable to not know this when looking at the units description.
#2 the elevator to our third flood unit never worked. We were stuck in it with a baby - that could have been a disaster. Happen to be the repair man was there to get us out. He worked 1/2 the day and into the evening and never got it working. Again, unacceptable to list in the description and never have it useable. Not even luggage carts to use.
#3 the rooftop pool that is 3 1/2 feet. No pool furniture. It had been taken out. It would have been nice to relax around it but you could only stand. The code was not given with the room code. We had to call to get it.
One of the questions asked of me was how satisfied I was by the staff? What staff? We met 1 cleaning woman the whole time we were there. We helped her carry her vacuum and mops up the 3 flights because there was no working elevator. Even though I had issues to be resolved, I was never able to speak with a human being.
