    The location was the main point given nearby there are the mains avenues and pick up points for tours to Phi Phi Island and the others (30 seconds walking). The room also was outstanding and the view indeed.

    All the staff is lovely. It was so nice to be at the pool and when you wanted to go on a long boat, the kiosk to buy tickets was just 50m away. It's 10 min from Railay beach by boat. My girls did a nice cooking class. The room was spacious (family room)

    The location was good.
    The lift was broken which meant we had to use the stairs. The stairs were dirty and dusty particularly up to the 4th floor. The location was good but the hotel seemed tired.

    Great location, nice staff. Good place for a stopover if travelling not long stays.
    Older rooms than in pictures and the roadside rooms very noisy but staff moved us after the first night.

    The swimming pools ..the location excellent
    Lift did not work for 4 days while we there .complained to staff every dsy no apology even my husband 70 yrs old me 66 he has had knee operation. 47 stairs to climb all the time ..not even a cocktail or any sympathy. We eventually stayed more in our room due to not looking forward TO COMING UP 47 STAIRS IN 33 DEGREES HEAT

    The last day the hotel stored our bags, gave us towels and access to the pool, and then a shower.
    Great buffet with lots of choices. Perfect location on the beach and close to everything.

    Perfect location, opposite the beach and literally in the town centre. The pool was lovely, surrounded by nature. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and great view on the beach. Staff were nice and helpful. We had a grand floor bedroom which was great to access the pool easily. I loved their care for the environment too. Reusable toiletries, glass water bottles.
    The hotel building is quite old and our room smelled of dump when we first entered (it disappeared after we left the window opened for a while). Also downstairs rooms are quite dark. There is not much storage except a small wardrobe (no drawers). The bedside table was only on one side. The hot tub end in the pool didnt work. Wifi can be weak if your room is far from the lobby but when we addressed the problem they fixed it right away. There are not enough sun lounges around the pool despite lots of place. There were none in our end of the pool. Apart from those small inconveniences we had a great stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

    Location is very good, right by the beach/boat transfers and near plenty of restaurants etc. Some staff were very friendly and great, others not as much. Didnt use the pool but looked nice. Bed was very big and comfy
    Room was outdated, the listed pictured dont give a fair representation of what they actually look like. Wasnt the cleanest room, had a fair few little bugs in the bathroom. Also a lot of mosquitos (understand the hotel cant do much about them) Air con wasnt great
