Excellent we will be back again
The property is well located within easy access to shops, beach and walking trails. It is always clean and fresh and the shared spaces are so well maintained and clean. Our king room was excellent with everything being comfortable and available. The staff are so welcoming and helpful but Joanna stands out as being my favourite. She is always pleasant, seems to go out of her way to be helpful and she showers my two dogs with affection which is a big tick for me. Thank you for another great stay, well be back.

Excellent Hotel | Close to Main Beach | Highly recommend
The staff were very nice and the hotel is perfecly close to the beach. Next door to an Aldi and other restaraunts and shops, so easy as to sort dining options, etc. Hotel is honestly the best option for those looking to stay at a comfortable, clean and nice hotel close to the main Byron Bay beach.
Hotel feels renovated but certain parts, like the bathroom door weren't part of the consideration of the remodel and look badly deteriorated, not cared for. Also - the hotel could benefit from having perhaps some type of signage off Fletcher Street to point to the Vali, rather hard to locate, either on the building or on the alley, even a pop up sign.

Amazing location! Close to everything. Easy access to shops and restaurants.
The rooms were modern. Location was excellent only a few streets from the beach. Free undercover parking that lead directly into the hotel from the car park. Close to grocery store, restaurants. Beach towels were easily available.
We had a minor hiccup on checkin, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently.
