    Perfect spot for exploring Bruges and the surrounding area
    Great location near to Bruges. Lovely hotel with great facilities and helpful staff.
    For some strange reason in Belgium they struggle to split bills.

    The booking process - it was falsely advertised on booking.com as pay at property. You only add a card to secure the booking and then the hotel charges you in increments at random times.

    Wonderful rooms and excellent staff.
    The location is great and has very good links to the highway. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well furnished. Plenty of parking on site also. The staff were excellent, more than happy to help you out and provide good advice when required.
    Food in the restaurant could have been slightly better & the selection at breakfast and seating availability was very sparse at peak times.

    My stay was good.. I would recommend someone to go to your hotel.
    Everything its very clean, the welcoming at the reception was very nice thank you, but a bit slow.
    For breakfast. There was so many people that we had to wait for the food that was finished, and when you asked the staff, they told you to wait there will be someone bringing the food so I was standing there for about 20 minutes.

    The location and building has a lot of charme.
    The building needs an update, it looks not maintained and dirty. Our shower was black, and not up to standard for the price paid.
