Not up to 5 star level.

For 5 star the staff werent as expected and they charged us for something we didnt eat and after 5/10 minutes of long discussion they didnt charge us. Most Disappointing thing was at the time of check in the reception lady was using instagram instead of trying to check us in.

The sky bar and subset view are super amazing

The staff co-operation was not that good. My luggage was supposed to be in room at 16.50 hour but it was delayed delivering at 17.20 which almost caused me missing sunset dinner! However, the manager(on duty) handled my complaint quite good.
