Guests love Verzon House in the Herefordshire countryside for its decor, warm Welcome, friendly staff, and delicious food. A few minor disappointments with specific dishes, but overall a great dining (Read More) experience with prompt issue resolution. The hotel offers plenty of parking, good facilities, incredibly comfortable beds, quirky interior, excellent service, and a cozy bar with a nice drink selection. Highly recommended for a stay in the area.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. The Christmas decorations really added to the atmosphere.
The room was very hot at night even with the window open and no option to adjust the temperature

Normally amazing but staff seemed overwhelmed
Amazing property, but sadly on arrival there was an Xmas party for children and it was busy and the staff seem stretched. The service at this point was awful.
No hot water in our room for a few hours, breakfast took 45 mins and the service was awful.
