    Want to visit the place whenever I visit Kanpur and also want to refer this place to other
    Location was excellent all the facilities are readily available and bhaiya present at the location is so helpful,it was beyond my expectations.
    If there is provision to use the refrigerator along with kitchen,it would be super excellent.

    Great stay, good people, real value for money
    Just 2.5 kms from IIT kanpur. Excellent location neat and clean area, very good people make guests very comfortable, nearby veg market, grocery and medical shop. Lush green garden opposite to house. They also provide kitchen and utensils on available basis and at a very nominal rate. In a nutshell stayed there in a home away from home for a week.

    Phenomenal host
    The host was extremely humble and phenomenally good. I have never met such a helpful person in my life. Apart from the amenities mentioned, he took care of every need. I was a bit under the weather and he helped me in every way possible. Provided me with spices and herbs to cure my sore throat and prepared breakfast with homely taste. If I ever come here or hear people coming to kanpur, I would recommend them to come to this place. The location is also excellent.
