    The Christmas buffet at Villa Africa had a wide variety of dishes, but one vegetarian felt they lacked options. The new Presidential wing was worth the stay, although there was a missing soap. The fu (Read More)rniture seemed old and the room wasn't properly cleaned. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. The location was convenient with access to major roads and nearby amenities. The spa was beautiful with friendly staff. The new rooms provided a pleasurable experience. The safe in the room didn't work. The greenery and trees were loved by guests.

    The hotel is fine and the Spa is lovely. I enjoyed the New Years party. My children enjoyed the swimming pool.
    Windows unable to close in the toilet. Please try and have SHE bins/ Sanitary bins in the bathroom.

    The location was okay close to the mall, the food was also nice except for the hustle during breakfast. We were told that we can't order eggs because it's a buffet. That time I dont eat scrambled eggs. My daughter had to eat muffins for the past 3 days even though I made them aware about her picky eating.
    The beds where hard, room 45 smelled cigarragete .

    The hotel has alot of potential if they pay more attention to detail.
    The spa was the highlight - next to perfection! We received a free room upgrade due to a faulty room
    - Cockroaches in the rooms _ the toilets have no doors, so no privacy _ Some of the rooms have no shower curtains or doors so water almost floods the floor - Dining room staff can be customer service deficient - Broken electricals - The frogs outside the rooms are so noisy, it can be frustrating when trying to sleep. The pond should be situated in a better place
