Its a good experience and memory for living here, I totally recommend you for choosing this hotel!

The location is very good, its near the port and the old town, and we can have good restaurants around. The breakfast is also good, we can have hot food and cold food together. Besides, we can have free parking and the employees help us for taking us the luggage to our room, she is very nice!

Lovely apartment in Old Town Split

Once again a great location to walk to all sites in Old Town Split - even Marjan Hill. Convenient to have breakfast available. Selection was good - would have liked fresh fruit each day. Parking is a few blocks from the apartment but very secure. We were on the top floor so you need to be able to walk stairs (or request main floor suite). Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely relaxing place-would definitely return

Communication was excellent. Host Lara was amazing- she was incredibly accommodating, meeting us each time we stayed. Ensuring we had everything we needed. Answered all our questions regarding public transport and what to visit. Her local knowledge made our stay issue free. Also the lovely lady that made our omelette each morning, and Dora at the restaurant attached to the accommodation was also very nice and kind.

The rooms are excellent, but maybe 2 pillows for each bed. Would make watching tv easier.

Hospitality near the old town

Great location, not right in the old town but close enough to walk AND the property provided a free parking spot. Cute stone building with a great restaurant downstairs. The host met us at the parking and was very friendly and helpful.

A nice and cozy hotel. Most important, walking distance to attractions.

My first impression was that the hotel (from outside) was too old, but everything in Split looks the same. Our room was perfectly equipped and comfortable, the bed and pillows were very good. You can drink water from the faucet, it comes from the Jadro Spring. They offer breakfast (included) at a restaurant just 10 steps (literally) away. Staff at the Villa and the restaurants were very friendly, one of them ride in our car to show us exactly where to park. The Villa, as most of hotels in Split, doesnt have a parking garage in-situ, but they offer parking space close to the Villa. Our recommendation is to contact Booking.com about the parking space before you arrive to the hotel. The Villa was walking distance from the port, restaurants, bars and main attractions and monuments. We recommend this Villa/hotel.

Great Place to Stay in Split

Location very strategic ie walking distance to Diocletion Palace and ferry terminal Breakfast is also very good. VD is extremely helpful.

Parking is a challenge and entry is via narrow road with cars parked on both sides. Small cars should be ok

Good location but not for guests with a car.

I only like the room rustic walls n the way the villa host welcomed us. She was quite helpful at the arrival.

The location of that villa didn't meet my expectations. It's located in a walking zone n the allocated car parking was 7 mins walk with the luggage. I am an elder man with a knee problem. I had to carry my suitcase through a staircase, one floor. Then the room didn't look immaculately clean. The TV didn't work fine, no sound function. On the ground floor, there was a little bar where people kept laughing n talking loudly till late hours. The host of that villa told us that the check out was at 10:00 am, we had to rush to vacate the place as she said there were other guests coming in. We asked the host the next morning if we could leave the car parked in the designated spot until 2 pm, to walk freely around the area. She said that, unfortunately, there were other guests n needed that spot, although there were two places. When departing, I had to hand carry the luggage till a point where i could drive the car closer.
