Once in a lifetime holiday Villa in Barcelona

The small swimming pool is amazing for children. They get a chance to burn off all that extra energy. And as it was sunny the loungers were good to relax on and keep an eye on the kids. My holiday there is full of their laughing in the pool. In addition the rooms are amazing, with very high ceilings and chandeliers. It is like living in a little bit of history for a short while.

The induction hob in the kitchen. If we didn't need to cook it wouldn't of mattered. But I have never used such a hub. I suppose if you already had one it wouldn't matter as it is what you get used to. Personally gas is best and it's easy to use no matter what kitchen. The kitchen also feels small but again it's not a thing that can be changed. And I would not let this be your decision to rule out staying here.

Lovely city and lovely accommodation. Just a few minor issues to sort out

Lovely property, very quaint. Our host was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. She even managed to locate an English speaking mobility centre so we could hire a scooter.

As a party of seven people, the cooking facilities were not really sufficient, only two rings on the hob. Although we ate out most of the time, trying to cook breakfast for seven was a challenge!!. Although a bbq is provided we had to buy some utensils as none were provided. Also, it would have been nice for our limited mobility person access to the garden via the bottom gate, as the beautiful garden and pool is only accessed via steep steps, but we were told it is only for the gardeners use, which was a real shame!!
