    Villa Papillon is a wonderful, clean, and chill place with a lovely owner, Katty, and her team. The rooms and bathrooms are well-equipped, and the outdoor space is nice for meeting people. Katty is k (Read More)ind and helpful, although she turns off the air conditioning in the dorm early in the morning. The hostel offers breakfast for $4, coffee, smoothies, and a laundry service for $3 per kg. It is a great and reasonably priced hostel in Pnom Penh, especially if you speak French.
