    The sheer size of the place was incredible! They came with breakfast every morning, fruit, bread, Milk, yoghurt. And we just supplemented with what we wanted additionally. And they had a coffee machine, so much better than instant coffee. Very quiet area, not many loud noises during evening/night only wildlife . Only 5 minute walk to a "night market" with good options aswell, highly recommend.

    We as a Family with 2 children booked Villa 2 with 3 nice Bungalows each with private bathroom/ Air Con and main building with very well equipped kitchen and big living room, good for a private massage. We appreciated much the private, refreshing pool and the surrounding Garden area with birds and even a squirrel in a Safe Region of the amazing island. But the absolute Highlight of our Trip have been Ryans proposals and suggestions To discover the Island and its beautiness. This was extraordinary and gets a 12/10: . amazing.. never got that before and I saw a Lot of countries. Thanks a lot Ryan..

    I travel a lot with work and for pleasure and Ive stayed in the full spectrum of accommodation, to me its not the glit
    Where do I begin, the villa was exceptional, super clean, everything you could possibly need and if it you needed something Ryan, the absolute legend would have to you in no time. His entire team are at the very top of there game.
    Nothing whatsoever, if the villa ever goes up for sale Im buying it.

    A phenomenal vacation!!!
    I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where Ryan was the host, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Ryan's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was immaculate, with well-appointed rooms and top-notch amenities. It's rare to find a host who has a genuine sense of friendship. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ryan.

    Nice pool villas. Clean and comfortable. Helpful host. Rather basic furnishings and kitchen equipment, but for us it was enough, especially washing machine. Villas may have different equipment as we observed.
    Would be good to do something with a smell from sewage that can be felt in bathrooms and bedrooms. All the rest very good, we recommend that.

    Beautiful huge villa, 3 detached buildings (kitchen-living room), master bedroom, 2-beds 2-room bedroom for 4 people. On the territory there is a beautiful large swimming pool (about 5x15 meters), sun beds, armchairs, an umbrella for sun protection, a towel dryer, outdoor shower, barbecue. The territory of the villa is a tropical garden, lots of greenery, flowers. The territory of the villa is fenced from all sides, not visible from the street. The territory of the villa is well maintained, all the greenery is in excellent condition, all in flowers. The villa is located in a protected area, very quiet. Cleaning of the premises, linen change every 3 days, cleaning of the villa daily. Breakfast was served in the kitchen around 8-30 am. The maid brought groceries and cooked breakfast: 4 types of sliced fruits, yoghurts, bread, butter, milk and cereals. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking: gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator. There were all the necessary dishes of good quality. The villa is located about a 7-minute walk from the street with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, massage parlors. There are also several currency exchange offices, the rate is much higher than at the airport. You can change money at least daily, as much as you need. In general, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa itself, we went to the sea only 2 times in 9 days))

    We had a great stay at Villa Yao Yai and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
    The villa was a great layout with one main pod (kitchen/dining/lounge/toilet) and two other pods (bedrooms/en-suites). The staff are all very attentive and pleasant and keep the villa & grounds looking amazing and clean. Ryan our host was very attentive to our needs; sending daily messages with suggestions for days out and informing us about the villa & island. He couldnt have done more for us during our stay. Laundry service and breakfast provided was brilliant too. A Recommend a car/moped for getting round the island and exploring.
