Would not go again.

The bed was okay and same with spa bath

Dont really know where to start to be honest. We are a young couple who work extremely hard and came for a romantic night away. The photos on booking.com really deceived us and we were uncomfortable about asking for a Refund or talking to the staff about our issues after I started reading the reviews once we got into the room. As soon as we got into our room we noticed a massive gap under our door that had an awful draft and you could see and hear from underneath it. The room was extremely outdated and was missing a lot of what I seen in pictures of the studio. The sky box was just stuffed toward the ceiling behind the tv. The wallpaper was coming off in places. The toilet brush was filthy and so were all the gross black marks in the bathroom. The shower curtain made us feel like it was a hospital and we read about the shower pressure on the reviews and decided to only use a little water and the bathroom still started to flood out into the room! I found a multiple bugs around the place and took pictures of it cause I just couldnt believe we paid as much as we paid for what we got considering we stayed in beautiful place in Taupo for the same price. We are not a couple who tend to complain or leave reviews but we were highly disappointed in our stay and would not recommend to anyone.

Lovely clean rooms and great location. Owner spoilt the stay.

Location, size of room

The owner. Be wary you may be charged more before your arrival to the price you secure on booking.com as I was if the dates in question end up being on a busy weekend. Sad to report communication was unkind. Otherwise the property is very clean and great location.
