A lovely relaxed week of winter sun!
The staff are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and there was loads of variety on offer. The hotel is beautiful, in particular the outside pool areas and there were plenty of comfy sun beds. Theres free onsite parking including underground parking which is really handy if you hire a car. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
The decor is a little bit outdated, particularly in the bedrooms. There arent smart tvs in the rooms which I felt was a miss for a 5 star hotel and you have to pay 30 per person to use the spa facilities which I feel is a bit cheeky for a 5 star hotel. The lunch menu at the pool bar was only okay. Its also a non-smoking hotel (including vaping) which if you are a non smoker, is a lovely thing. However my partner is a smoker and I vape. We werent aware of this upon booking so it was a bit inconvenient.

Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff in a nice location near the beach.
Lovely staff who looked after us and the hotel was very clean. Very good buffet breakfast with good quality and choice. Tables were always cleared and staff were attentive. We had an issue with our tv and it was rectified expeditiously which was appreciated.
Free parking for guests also good.
Pool areas always maintained well with great quality towels and plenty of sun loungers. We liked the adult only pool.
Lunch choices could have been more varied and healthier.
Need more showers by each pool so guests can shower before getting in to maintain cleanliness.
There was no evening entertainment which was a shame so the hotel lacked ambience but we ate out every night.

The hotel works well, great breakfast, lovely grounds and pools, high general cleanliness, lovely staff and yes a relaxing atmosphere.
Receptionist on arrival was not helpful, probably didnt help as she seemed to be on her own and after a 10 minute wait our pre booked a double bed which the hotel had confirmed was actually twin beds pushed together and that is not a double bed. The hotels first offer was a mattress topper or the second offer was to pay for an upgrade, we chose option two. The other points of note was the quality of food offered at poolside (mediocre quality) and if you like walking to the beach then its circa 25 mins down and 35 mins back up hill not very clear on hotel description.
