    Viraz valley is Not a satisfactory accommodation
    Location is good. Garden is good.
    Lack of cleanliness , leaking of commode, lack of basic amenities in the room like clean towels, glasses, kettle for preparing tea/ coffee etc. bedsheets were not clean When we complained about it they provided clean towels and changed bedsheets, still not satisfactory.

    1. The location is beautiful and the rooms were exceptionally clean despite the fact that there will be a lot of bugs/insects in the hilly/forested area. 2. Plenty of untapped area and possibly going to scale up. Lots of parking area. 3. Coperative staff and an attached restaurant which serves decent food. (there are nt many good restaurants in Gokarna) 4. I saw a traveler who had booked rooms near the beaches (Kudle beach) and had to carry his bags to all the way down 100-150 steps to reach the place. Considering that I considered myself real lucky to have booked rooms here. And it is actually good to be away from the town centre or beaches as all the places are really cramped with limited accessibility (stairs/terrain). 5. The upstairs offer good view of the mountains and a river/backwater/sea but you have to climb stairs.

    Nothing really considering the fact that the property is still scaling up its operations post Covid. It is also a little away from the town centre but if manageable if you have a vehicle.
