    One of the finest experiences I have had.
    I liked the food, the courtesy of the staff across check-in, housekeeping, chef, servers. They are trained exceptionally well. They are mindful of the guests' needs. I told the staff that I have traveled to quite a few places and stayed at similar properties. However, the experience at Vivanta, By Taj was outstanding.
    I am unable to find what I didn't like... The early check in was a challenge. However, I can't blame the property for that. The flights to Chh. Sambhaji Nagar land early morning. Customers need to wait at the reception. If early check-in is available, it would be great.

    It was a good stay. We enjoyed the amenities but we didnt find the room up to the mark.
    Though the exterior was on point, the interior of the room was not up to the mark. It didnt certainly meet the standards of a Taj hotel.

    Great hotel to visit the caves.
    The employees are very friendly and helpful. Rafik, our driver, was amazing. He was respectful, helpful, calm and honest, drives really well and protected us when needed. The food in the Tearoom was adjusted to our spice level which we really appreciated. We got plenty of water in the room, even fruit.
    Options at breakfast are really limited when you dont eat Indian food.

    Fabulous Taj team trying to make most of the property which can do well with a serious upgrade!
    Thr booking screen of Booking.com takes one request but booking confirmation from Hotel is completely different. Had it not been the helpful staff at Taj and my prior experience with such situations, wherein I shared the actual screenshots of the error in Booking.com platform, my complete stay would have been ruined. Happy to share more details, if you guys are interested but I owe to the staff at hotel for their courtesy and generosity for resolving the situation.
    The booking platform. It took a request for 3 adults and 1 child in one room, but booked a room which could accommodate only 2 adults and a child. It was Taj's customer service only that they resolved situation. Booking.com needs to improve it's platform

    As we had a health emergency, the front desk staff helped us immediately. It is much appreciated how they were eager to help.
    The quality of the hotel does not match the price. It's dissapointing the quality standards in food and service at the restaurants.

    Tremendous stay at this hotel with exceptional staff.
    The attention to detail and level of care of staff (whether front desk, restaurant or housekeeping) were exceptional. Food was excellent and we treasure the warmth we were shown. Fabulous stay that felt too short. Love the people at this resort.

    The gym was simple but efficient. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets as well as the entertainment. The hotel grounds are quite beautiful.
    The security procedures to enter the hotel felt very unwelcoming. There should be a space in a common area to access filtered water rather than go exclusively thru plastic bottles. My request for late checkout was not accommodated.
