Disappointing

One of the rooms, though labelled as non smoking, had a strong smell of cigarettes. The table had marks on it. But the staffs were cooperative and changed the table upon asking and tried to dissipate the smell.

Nice modern interiors with superlative service !!

Nice cosy rooms with a good view. Great restaurant with a nice glass outdoors. Excellent spa. Above all what made the big difference to me was superb friendly & efficient service right from reception desk to restaurants.

Pathetic service

The service of the bar staff. Pathetic service and poor management. The server did not even bother to serve the menu even after 45 mins being seated.. Forget taking the order for drinks.. The bar staff made sure they only attend to the guests of a marriage party which was so ridiculous as it shows no basic etiquettes being taught neither to the staff and not managers

If provided with some light snacks/cookies/biscuits along with tea/coffee packet in the room. Booked from hotel website was cheaper and with complementary dinner, which was there when i booked through booking.com
