Very good

Pleasant stay, good food, warm and courteous staff.

Staff response, Housekeeping, Breakfast and dining options, reception and welcoming experience at the hotel, staff Mr Sham at the Gym was helpful.

The fitness center is so small. The room is filled with equipment and no space for more than 2-3 patrons. The gym facility should not be compromised. Danger of being injured too. The hotel has 3 spacious restaurants and one dingy Gym facility. Need to update this.

Decent stay close to few places to visit

Close to to the places to visit in Mangalore. Decent room, good room service. Food was okay, could be a bit better with options for kids. Breakfast was awesome. They helped me out with taxis on regular basis.

A haven in Mangalore

Everything. The newly renovated rooms have tasteful decor and are very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious. The pool is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. A lovely experience. I loved overlooking the gorgeous 400 year old District Collectors building.

Staff and service were up to Taj levels. Hotel facilities can do better to get to 5 stars.

The staff at every corner were very good. The food in restaurant and room service was also good.

There was miscommunication about the pickup and the bed size didn't match expectations shown on booking.com. The property itself didn't have much to do for kids apart from the pool which we didn't use.
