My stay at Voco was truly remarkable. Planning on returning during my next visit to Riyadh.
The hotel maintained an exceptional level of cleanliness. The staff exhibited an admirable attitude, consistently demonstrating friendliness and a willingness to help. The breakfast menu was diverse, offering a multitude of options, each of which being notably delicious.
The hotel did not present any significant shortcomings. The only minor inconvenience that could be noted is its location, which is somewhat distanced from the major tourist attractions. However, this minor drawback is effectively compensated by the hotels adherence to a high standard of service.

Everything. Room (got an upgrade to a suite). Breakfast. Hygiene. Clean. Quite. Modern new feeling. Super friendly staff. Could not think of anything bad to say. So far, by far the best hotel I stayed in Riyadh.
Nothing. As mentioned, really can't think of any minus points at all.

My recent stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience, meriting a perfect score of 10 out of 10. From the moment I requested an early check-in, the service exceeded my expectations, culminating in an unexpected but delightful upgrade to a luxurious suite.
The suite itself was a marvel of space and comfort. Its grandeur was matched by thoughtful touches like fresh, juicy fruits and the finest complimentary macaroons I've ever savored, adding a special flavor to the entire experience.
The staff, from the vigilant security guard to the attentive front desk personnel, room service, and housekeeping teams, demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that was nothing short of amazing. Their efforts clearly reflected their commitment to excellence, deserving high praise and appreciation.
Cleanliness, a paramount concern for me, was addressed with meticulous attention in this establishment. The spotlessness of the suite was remarkable; I found no trace of dust, the towels smelled freshly laundered, and the sheets felt as if they were brand new. This attention to detail in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness was truly impressive.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone I know and eagerly anticipate my next visit to Riyadh. The experience, without a doubt, justified every penny spent, affirming its value and my satisfaction.

Horrible, over priced, not a 5 star service
I was over charged for breakfast 315 sar instead of the 110 sar the guest relation returned 85 sar from 500 sar.
The drycleaning charged for diffrent items at a higher rate 626 sar.
The spa listed 170 for hair blow dry and 340 for a moroccan bath with 25% off the totale price. The 25% was never applied and the hair blow dry cost doubled upon processing payment no repeipt was issued in both occasions ( breakfast and spa)
Meanwile, the spa experience was horrible ! The lady had her phobe inside the spa and was on the phone for 15 minutes while i was left in the steam room. I felt uncomfortable the tretmemt was mediocre inculding the products and the process used . It was an express scrub and I was sent to wash my hair in a different room.
The hair blowdry results were mediocre and over priced.
Upon cheking out the guest relation agent was not professional I asked for my bill only to wait too long and to make matters worst she processed an other clients request with totale disregard of the task in hand.
30/10 I woke up around 4:00 am with maintenence noise.
Bath tub too small and the view that they promoted was a street road .
This is false marketing , they over charge when processing cash and do not offer receipts. Also, the spa service especially the therapapist indoor phone usage was horrible. Over all the terrible costumer service is an other story .
