A very special place.

Wonderful, large rooms perfectly appointed and elegant. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I love Madrono - and I keep coming back to it because I also love Madrid. The location is perfect - quiet yet very accessible.

It's a great hotel. The room was quite big and well-designed. Also staff was perfect, they are super friendly and helpful. So if the location is ok for you don't hesitate (close to metro stations)

The internet connection was horrible and wouldn't work properly for meetings and videocalls.

Good stay.

Staff helpful and competent. The new restaurant is a nice improvement.

The shower floor is very slick and has no grab bar. An accident is bound to happen. The value/cost of breakfast is not commensurate with the food offerings.

More luxurious than expected

Room was exceptionally clean and large. Really nice little kitchen for longer stays. Bathroom was lovely and clean, and felt quite "luxury".

It was quite noisy as the rooms were all hard surfaces. You could hear people next door quite easily and also in the hall as there was nothing to muffle the sound.
