    Great Location for a Gorgeous Hotel
    The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic - just a couple of blocks from Taipei 101. We also loved the bar on the 31st floor. The views were spectacular!

    the checkin reception recommended me to pay more money to upgrade room which never happened before in any JW hoteland the snacks and drinks are not included the requires the deposit as wellits unexpected

    W exceeds my expectation. Excellent location to go anywhere. Trains bus and taxi are at hotel gate.
    Excellent location, staff and services. A bit pricey for hotel fare but worth paying because of great location.
    Bed was too soft. Hotel should offer the bed type before checkin in.
