    Location and room size and utilities are great, reception and staff
    Smell really bad. Came to discover it was the blanket - it was discusting smell. Shower is not hot enough

    Very good, wish I had booked more time there.
    No breakfast. Location was only 1 to 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. It was quiet, close to food sources, and the weather was great.

    Close to beach, restaurants, shops. Direct public bus from/to airport.
    Super basic hotel in a dense urbanized area. Overpriced for what it offers. Very limited parking, obscene parking rates. Slow internet. They didn't take into account my request (made well in advance via booking.com) for a quiet room. Received the noisiest room they had instead. Two food trucks, combustion engine very loud noise (power generator-like) daily from 5 pm to 10 pm right underneath my balcony. Although the door of the balcony was sound proofed, the entrance door wasn't. Car alarms triggered at all times. Heavy bang, like a metallic garbage container dropped from upper floor at 4:40 am in one morning. The room was flooded by noise.

    Fantastic location and wonderful staff
    What a fantastic location. Right in the middle of everything, and some food trucks next door for a nice quick meal. The reception team were extremely friendly and couldn't do any more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel close to everything in Waikiki but doesn't want to pay top dollar for the larger hotels.
    Nothing, the place was perfect for us.

    The location is phenomenal and renewed my interest in returning to Wakiki.
    Right in the heart of wakiki at the best no frills price point you can find for the area.
    A lot of noise came through the door - could benefit from some weather stripping to eliminate.

    Amazing! Cheap and great location.
    Perfect location to visit the beach and swim. Right next to the international centre and food court. Staff were amazing. Washing machine and dryer were really cheap. Clean. Air-con was amazing. Right next to the food trucks and Shaved ice stand.
    Late 3pm check in but I know that cant be avoided. I was grateful that they held onto our bags though.

    Do not book room 201. Right next to a very noisy lift and above large grill gate that slams when used.

    It was great for the price Wonderful location Great staff Coffee was yummy
    I got a sinus infection from having the aircon on overnight - aircon vents seemed clean though when I had a look. Couldnt keep the window open because it was too noisy

    Good location.
    Great location, short walk to beach and shops. Clean rooms. Handy to have a laundry onsite. Staff were lovely and helpful.
    Local rooster crowing at sunrise every morning :( Area felt a bit unsafe at night. Neither are the fault of the hotel.
