Home away from home in Reckong Peo

Had a pleasant stay, thanks to the host Mr. Sudhanshu Negi. He was kind enough to provide pickup and drop from the nearest bus stand without any additional cost. Rooms were facing the Kinner Kailash mountain as promised, view was fantastic! Food was served at nominal additional charges. Home cooked by Mr. Negis father - simple and best. Thanks for the hospitality!

The rooms were spacious and mountain facing. The host was generous and told us to help ourselves to the apples that were in the fridge and crate. Food served was delicious and hot.

A very well run and friendly homestay

Wanderers is a very well run and friendly homestay. The food is really excellent. Wanderers is centrally located in Kinnaur and is a good starting point for exploring the area as well as further trips to Spiti-Lahaul. Sudhanshu is a host who with a smile and good knowledge of culture and local history will help you get the most out of your stay.

Would be a 10/10, but is a 9/10 because hard beds

Staff is great and helpful, breakfast is included and really good. Rooms are big and views amazing. Location very calm and paceful.

Only con for europeans is that bed is really hard, but if you can handle that everything else is great. The place is like 10 min walking from center but the nature environment worth it. Road to acces a bit bumpy but Indian standard
