    Wonderful location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel.
    We requested an early check in as we had been flying through the night, this was done quickly at 10 pounds charge. Very good welcome, especially with a little one in tow. The location was fab, around the corner was a busy eat street with plenty of selection and then the Christmas markets were at the bottom of the road. Train station was right opposite the hotel for quick and easy travel around Geneva. The hotel was beautiful and well decorated for Christmas.
    I don't have any thing that I would have changed about the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

    A pleasure to stay at Warwick as always, convenient location and great rooms. and service.
    room clean and comfortable , didn't have time for breakfast. location is a definite plus for the hotel., Happy with room service, great meals
    nothing specifically, i can only think of first two days I bought my own drinking water as none was provided. After that a bottle was always provided with the cleaning service

    Overall good location and friendly staff were great.
    Close proximity to train station and city Center was great. The staff were friendly and attentive and really keep the rooms clean.
    The furnishing was dated and the taps, WC etc were really quite old and leak.

    The staff , receptionist, hospitality- worse in Genve
    Only the location and food
    The staff, arrogance from everyone, absolutely not hospitable, you may want to think twice before you plan on spending your money on this hotel we travelled 14 hours long flight, arrived at 11:30 AM and continuously requested to avail the checkin it room available, however they were rude to us and made us wait untill precise 03 PM, however the entire hotel was mainly empty. Extremely unhappy. Will never ever recommend anyone or myself will stay at Warwick Geneva - worst hospitality in the world.
