    Nice house and good location close to Norwich, had the amenities you need close by for a business stay.
    It smelled of smoke on arrival probably from previous visitors.

    Good location, suited our purpose, but very basic.
    Great location for us - near family and within walking distance of city centre. There are lovely parks nearby, and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was clean and warm, and traffic didnt bother us at all, despite being on a main road. Wifi was excellent and communication/entry arrangements all good.
    First impression wasnt great because of a strong smell of cigarette smoke (it lingered for most of our stay despite opening windows). Kitchen was a bit disappointing - sticky floor, dirty cutlery/crockery (we felt the need to wash everything before using it), chipped worktop and a stopped clock. There were no extras/essentials provided - a few basics like soap, washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc would have been handy. The whole place felt pretty bare and sterile and a few little extras (books, games, leaflets?) might make it feel more welcoming. Also, TV remote control had a mind of its own.
